Dr. Gary Fleishacker is an organization development consultant with experience in business, education and government. His specialties include organization change, leadership development, team development, and strategic planning. This often involves working with an organization's leadership and with stakeholders at all levels to build a common positive vision of the organization's future and to develop a strategy and action plans to reach it.

He has extensive experience helping organizations align vision, mission and values; use values to shape behavior; develop strong common cultures; develop cohesive leadership teams; and strengthen internal relationships.

Gary has delivered presentations to a number of local and national professional associations and conferences on topics including team development, leadership development and organization change. His clients have included colleges, universities, and school districts as well as business organizations.

Gary is currently an adjunct faculty member in the Organization Learning and Development doctoral program at the University of St. Thomas. Prior to entering private practice, he worked at Unisys Corporation and FMC Corporation in a variety of organization development, human resource and management positions, including developing and facilitating leadership and teamwork courses for Unisys University. He previously worked as a secondary school teacher and counselor, community college instructor, and university career advisor. Gary received his Ph.D. from the University of Iowa in Higher Education and Adult Learning.
